SellaPin respects your privacy and is committed to complying with the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").

We collect this information directly from you and automatically when you use our website.

SellaPin does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If this changes, we will update this notice and provide appropriate opt-out mechanisms.

6. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a "Limit the Use" request under the CCPA.

7. How to Exercise Your Rights

California residents may submit requests to exercise their rights by:

8. Response Timing and Verification

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by law.

If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification requirements.

9. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. This includes denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of quality.
