Seller FAQs

How do I submit a pinball machine?

You can submit a machine using the Submit a Pin page. You'll be asked for basic details and photos so we can review the submission.

Are all submissions accepted?

No. SellaPin is a curated marketplace. We review each submission to ensure it meets our standards for clarity, completeness, and fit for our audience. If a machine isn't a good fit, we'll let you know.

Do I need to know everything about my machine?

No. Many sellers don't know the full history or exact condition. As long as you're honest about what you know (and don't know), that's fine.

Does my machine need to be working?

Not necessarily. Non-working or partially working machines are accepted as long as the condition is clearly disclosed and documented with photos.

Should I repair or clean the machine before submitting?

Not required. In many cases, buyers prefer machines exactly as found. We're happy to help you decide how best to present it.

What does it cost to sell a machine?

If your machine is accepted and listed:

  • There is a $99 listing fee
  • There is no seller commission on the final sale price
  • Buyers pay the auction premium

How long does an auction run?

Auctions typically run for a fixed period. Timing will be discussed with you before your listing goes live.

What happens when my auction ends?

When the auction ends:

  • The highest bidder wins
  • We introduce you to the buyer
  • Payment and delivery are coordinated directly between you and the buyer

Do you help with shipping?

We can help connect buyers and sellers with experienced pinball shipping partners. Local pickup is also common.

What if the buyer doesn't complete the transaction?

This is rare, but if it happens, we will assist in addressing the situation. Accounts that fail to complete transactions may be restricted or removed.
