Acceptance of these terms

By accessing SellAPin, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who posts, bids, sells, or buys through SellAPin.

Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SellAPin. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Provide accurate, current information and promptly update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate or violate these terms.

Marketplace role

SellAPin provides a venue for listing and bidding on pinball machines and related items. We do not own, inspect, or take possession of items listed by sellers unless explicitly stated.

Transactions are solely between buyers and sellers. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and inspections prior to bidding or buying.

Listings, bids, and buyer obligations

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings, including descriptions, photos, and known issues. Bids are binding and may not be retracted except as allowed by law.

If you place the winning bid, you agree to complete the purchase on the terms described in the listing, including payment timelines, fees, and pickup or shipping arrangements.

Seller obligations

Sellers must have the right to sell the listed item and must disclose any material defects or liens. Misrepresentation or omission may result in removal of the listing, account action, or other remedies.

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling the transaction, providing clear title when applicable, and coordinating delivery or pickup with the buyer.

Fees and payments

SellAPin may charge listing, buyer, or seller fees. Fees, if any, will be disclosed in the listing flow or at the time of bidding.

You authorize SellAPin and its payment partners to process transactions and collect applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

User content and licenses

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant SellAPin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the service and its promotion.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable laws.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use SellAPin to violate laws, defraud others, post false or misleading listings, interfere with auctions, or attempt to access accounts without authorization.

We may remove content, cancel auctions, or suspend accounts for conduct that undermines the integrity of the marketplace.

Intellectual property

SellAPin and its logos, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

Limited permission is granted to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

SellAPin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind regarding listings, transactions, or the availability of the service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the identity or performance of buyers or sellers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SellAPin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount of fees paid by you to SellAPin during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellAPin and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SellAPin at any time for any reason, including violations of these terms or conduct that harms the marketplace.

You may stop using SellAPin at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SellAPin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
